Position Summary

The selected candidates will play a pivotal role in supporting Advanced Quality Engineering initiatives under the mentorship of the Advanced Quality Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits for Global Product Development.
  • Assist in the consolidation of the Quality Plan in alignment with the Global Product Development Process (GPDP).
  • Engage in critical quality activities including the development of control plans, project risk assessments, design FMEA, and process FMEA, along with corrective action plans.
  • Contribute to Advanced Quality KPI reporting and data management efforts.
  • Support GPDP and EOS activities within the Advanced Quality Engineering department, focusing on project priorities, problem-solving, and risk assessments.
  • Assist in the reliability evaluation of new product introduction projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards and conducting statistical studies in collaboration with Advanced Quality and project teams.
  • Participate in at least one quality project implementing Control Plans, PPAP, Quality Launch Plans, or Quality Process Improvements under the guidance of the Advanced Quality Engineering team.
  • Complete essential quality activities.
  • Actively engage in the Product Development phase.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a related technical field (preferably in Electrical or Power Electronics / Telecommunications).
  • To excel in this role, candidates should demonstrate a keen interest in the technical aspects of electrical, electronic, and mechanical components, alongside a proactive approach to problem-solving within the Quality Department.
