We are seeking a proficient Facilities and Maintenance Engineering Manager with a strong background in paint operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the upkeep and operational efficiency of our paint facilities, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and productivity. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in managing both automated and manual paint systems, along with a robust foundation in maintenance engineering.
Key Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline is required (an advanced degree is preferred).
- A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in facilities and maintenance management, specifically within a paint manufacturing or industrial setting.
