Role Overview:
As an IT Device Engineer at FD Technologies, you will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and security of our IT device ecosystem. Your primary responsibilities will include the deployment, configuration, and upkeep of a diverse range of IT devices, such as desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical foundation and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, and maintain a variety of IT devices throughout the organization.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, software applications, and device drivers.
- Oversee device imaging and provisioning processes, ensuring adherence to company standards and security protocols.
- Provide technical assistance to end-users, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software challenges.
- Monitor device performance, conduct system audits, and implement security best practices.
- Manage device inventory, including asset tracking and coordinating hardware refresh cycles.

Qualifications:
