Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Device Management Specialist to join our team at Highbrow LLC. As a key member of our mobility services team, you will be responsible for managing and administering our Intune environment, ensuring seamless device management and security for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer the Intune environment with consideration for Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
  • Manage a large enterprise with over 50,000 end-user device seats using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
  • Design and configure use cases for mobile device management, including BYOD and corporate device configuration and mobile device enrollments
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to manage devices and utilize PowerBI to run reports using Microsoft Graph
  • Provide senior-level support for mobility services, including escalated and product bug issues with Microsoft
  • Develop comprehensive documentation of technical details for products at implementation
Requirements
  • 10+ years of overall experience in IT and mobility services
  • 5 years of experience in mobile device management (MDM) for iOS and Android, including experience with setting up MDM services, designing and configuring use cases, and mobile application deployment
  • Expert knowledge of iOS and Android operating systems, as well as mobile applications deployment experience
  • 5 years of experience with networking, security, and design engineering
  • MDM/MAM experience on Intune with Azure AD experience
  • Deep expertise in enrolling, protecting, and deploying devices and applications using Microsoft Intune Platform
  • Extensive experience with mobile application policies
  • Understanding and knowledge of Linux operating system
  • 3-5 years of experience with PowerBI reports
