About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at 3552055 Manitoba LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Transaction Processing: Operate a cash register, process payments, and handle customer transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and cleaning the sales floor.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other sales team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English required.
  • Work Environment: Air-conditioned, clean, and fast-paced environment.
  • Work Setting: Retail business, rural area, and on-site customer service.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
