Job Summary

Driven Brands is seeking a skilled Body Shop Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our body shop team, you will be responsible for providing accurate vehicle appraisals and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough pre-inspection checklists and quality sheets to ensure accurate appraisals
  • Follow standard operating procedures to provide excellent customer service and maintain a high closing ratio
  • Maintain open communication with customers regarding the repair process and timing, while documenting status
  • Work closely with team members to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Able to bend or stand for at least 80% of the time, with ability to maneuver in and out of a shallow pit
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning for extended periods
  • Capable of working in hot and cold weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Basic computer skills, including keyboard and mouse usage
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • State-issued inspector's license (where applicable)
