Qualifications

  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced restaurant setting and possess a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes
  • Accommodate customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions
  • Collaborate with dietitians or chefs to create special meal plans
  • Conduct inspections of kitchens and food service areas
  • Train kitchen staff in food preparation and safety practices
  • Manage inventory and order necessary supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen personnel and assist in their development
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas
  • Recruit and hire new kitchen staff
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations
