Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at GR Marine Bath Gallery Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit and hire staff as needed
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting expectations
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure deadlines are met
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
