Job Title: Security Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at Knights On Guard Security. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing access control to condominiums, conducting routine patrols, and ensuring the safety and emergency procedures are followed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide access control to condominiums
- Conduct routine interior and exterior foot patrols of facility grounds
- Monitor CCTV and conduct investigations as required
- Ensure facility safety and emergency procedures are followed
- Undertake site-specific training and follow direction and guidance of Site Supervisor
- Demonstrate judgment, common sense, and decision-making ability
- Effectively operate security equipment/systems, computers, radios, phones
- Maintain meticulous record-keeping and report writing
Requirements:
- One year security experience required
- Excellent customer service, English language, and communication abilities
- Must be comfortable walking, standing, patrolling
- A valid Ontario Security Guard License is required
- Eligibility to work full-time, legally in Canada without restrictions
