Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Staff Management: Hire food service staff, establish work schedules, and prepare and submit reports.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
Our fast-paced food service environment requires a high level of attention to detail, standing for extended periods, and efficient interpersonal skills. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a team environment with 3-4 people, and you must be a client-focused team player.
