Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Baker to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for executing culinary preparations with precision and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare menu items in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Follow daily prep lists and instructions from the Chef or Sous Chef on duty.
- Maintain required Food Safe health standards and ensure a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Contribute to the success of our operation by completing tasks and duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in baking.
- Food Safety Certification.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Valid Driver's License (asset).
- Ability to bend, lift, and carry 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand and be mobile for an excess of 8 hours.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20.00-$23.00 and a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours of work per week.
