Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Project Manager in organizing, compiling, and revising contract documents, including drawings, specifications, change notices, and change orders.Evaluate and manage RFIs (Requests for Information).Assess submittals and shop drawings.Establish and maintain thorough project documentation, plans, and reports.Assist the Project Manager in developing and monitoring schedules using MS Project.Collaborate closely with the construction management and site teams.Utilize technology-based tools to monitor changes and update drawings.Maintain quality assurance and quality control records.Track project modifications, identify change events, submit change notices, and document changes.Support project closeout activities, including document archiving.Work in tandem with the site and project teams.
Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Project Coordinator role or similar within the construction industry.A Project Management certification is advantageous.Experience with high-rise construction projects is a plus.Familiarity with project management processes from inception to completion.Ability to create and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and detailed action plans.Strong organizational skills, capable of multitasking and managing time effectively.Detail-oriented, reliable, and productive.Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software such as Timberline, ProCore, and Microsoft Project.Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
