About the Role

Samsung Ads, a leading advertising monetization arm of Samsung Electronics, is seeking a seasoned professional to drive strategic partnerships and deliver exceptional client experiences.

As a key member of our Client Solutions team, you will collaborate closely with Sales representatives to provide seamless account support, ensuring timely and effective campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead campaign kick-off meetings, manage launch timelines, and facilitate communication on campaign updates, troubleshooting, and optimization recommendations.
  • Develop and present best practices and learnings based on campaign performance, providing clients with actionable recommendations to drive renewal business.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create custom ideation and marketing solutions, aligning with client objectives and goals.
  • Partner with Sellers on key accounts and verticals to provide end-to-end support, driving direct impact towards quarterly revenue goals.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in an organization supporting Advertising Sales, specifically in an Account Management role.
  • Proven ability to present during meetings and work directly with clients.
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising space, including knowledge of the programmatic landscape.
