North Saskatchewan Territory Sales Representative

Gowan Agro Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a North Saskatchewan Territory Sales Representative. This role will be responsible for covering central northern Saskatchewan and will be the face and reputation of Gowan Canada in the region.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the territory, including retailers, growers, and industry personnel.
- Deliver technical trainings to retailers, growers, agronomists, and centers of influence on Gowan's portfolio of products.
- Manage the profit and loss (P&L) of the sales region and establish and meet sales objectives.
- Align Gowan Canada's portfolio with current customer needs and provide solutions to their production issues.
- Travel throughout the territory to meet with customers and build relationships.
- Agriculture-related degree with 5 or more years of sales experience in the crop protection industry in Western Canada.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with retail partners, growers, industry personnel, and internal colleagues.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in English.
- Experience with all types of communication platforms, CRM tools, and MS Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to translate detailed scientific information into practical decision-ready information for non-technical clients.
- Experience in the Western Canadian crop protection marketplace, with a focus on central northern Saskatchewan.
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
