Key Responsibilities of the Supervisor
  • Managing daily operational activities
  • Participating in product purchasing, merchandising, and restocking
  • Implementing the GT System effectively
  • Overseeing inventory control
  • Planning and organizing promotional events
  • Engaging with store associates
Qualifications for the Supervisor Role
  • Minimum of 2 years in a leadership position
  • Outstanding planning and organizational abilities
  • Strong skills in merchandising
  • Analytical capabilities to provide actionable insights to the Store Owner
  • Active involvement and connection with the local community
Work Schedule

This full-time position typically includes day shifts, two evenings per week, and alternating weekends, totaling 40 hours weekly.

While fulfilling the duties of this position, you can expect to:
  • Stand and/or walk for extended periods

  • Engage in repetitive tasks that involve a variety of hand motions
  • Reach above shoulder height and below waist level
