Retail Operations Supervisor

As a key member of the Osiris Inc. team, the Retail Operations Supervisor will assist the Store Manager in driving the store's performance by maintaining a strong commitment to providing an engaging and enjoyable customer experience. You will play a vital role in optimizing sales opportunities by mentoring team members on the sales floor, establishing clear expectations, and ensuring adherence to operational standards. Attention to detail in daily operations and compliance with company policies is crucial.

Key Responsibilities...

  1. Demonstrate enthusiasm and energy while sharing in-depth product knowledge and encouraging customer engagement.
  2. Foster a lively and interactive shopping environment, including product demonstrations.
  3. Enhance store performance by focusing on sales growth and key performance indicators.
  4. Assist the Store Manager in implementing store policies, standards, and procedures effectively.
  5. Drive sales performance by guiding team members' actions on the sales floor, setting clear goals, and ensuring follow-through.

Qualifications for Success...

  1. At least one year of supervisory experience in a retail setting.
  2. Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
  3. Meticulous attention to detail in operational processes and adherence to company policies.
  4. Proven coaching abilities, capable of motivating high achievers.
  5. Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  6. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  7. Experience in product demonstrations is a plus.
  8. A positive and energetic attitude.
