Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our dynamic team at The Drake. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of exceptional.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Greeting and Check-In: Greet all guests with a warm and welcoming smile, providing information on our hotel's amenities and services.
  • Room Reservation and Protocol: Ensure all aspects of room reservation protocol are followed, including bookings, confirmations, and cancellation policies.
  • Check-In and Check-Out Procedures: Follow our established check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring all necessary details are covered and building genuine rapport with our guests.
  • Guest Requests and Feedback: Respond to all guest requests in a timely manner, following up to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Hotel Lobby Maintenance: Monitor the hotel lobby's cleanliness and participate in maintaining high standards of cleanliness at all times.
  • Product Knowledge: Have a high level of comprehension of all Drake products and offerings.
  • Availability: Be available to work weekends.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent.
  • Passion for Hospitality: A genuine love of hospitality and a warm, engaging spirit.
  • Education and Experience: A combination of formal education and some real-world experience.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
