As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Water/Infrastructure division's future projects. Reporting directly to a Project Manager, you will be responsible for scheduling, reporting, and quality control functions on a wide range of construction projects.

About the Role:

As a Project Coordinator at Graham, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly labor, equipment, material, and subtrade costs, and reviewing with the Project Manager on a regular basis.
  • Monitoring and updating schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Assisting with drawings, drawing records, revisions, site instructions, and change orders.
  • Maintaining QA/QC documentation, records of all testing and inspections, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.
  • Obtaining and providing written documentation for all clarifications and instructions.
  • Assisting with payroll functions to ensure proper coding and cost allocation.
  • Preparing progress invoicing and progress status reports.
  • Assisting with the completion of estimates, estimate reviews, and costing.

Requirements:

  • Formal education in Construction Management or a related field.
  • 2-6 years of construction experience, preferably at a General Contractor.
  • Superior communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy in MS Suite, including MS Project.
  • Experience with InEight is a strong asset.

This position has been deemed Safety Critical by Graham's hiring team and will require the selected candidate to successfully pass a 10-panel pre-employment drug screen.
