Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza 73. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Food Preparation and Quality Control: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare budget and cost estimates, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Team Management: Establish work schedules, supervise 1 to 2 people, and manage a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, initiative, and dependability.
