Food Service Manager

Ricky's All Day Grill - Spruce Grove is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all team members are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring that our kitchen is always well-stocked and ready to meet customer demand.
- Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that our team is motivated and productive.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports, ensuring that our management team is always informed and up-to-date.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
