Job Overview: Finance Operations Center
The Finance Operations Center is an integral part of TD Finance, dedicated to delivering exceptional finance services with an emphasis on operational excellence. TD Finance is essential to the Bank's overall success, playing a crucial role in informed business decisions, regulatory adherence, precise financial reporting, and streamlined business processes. Our finance teams work collaboratively to offer valuable insights, thorough reporting, and professional operational support.
The Accounting Operations TDS & Tax 2 team is responsible for managing accounting and finance operations, alongside regulatory and management reporting. Ideal candidates for this position should possess over 6 years of experience in financial instruments, accounting, and be adept with tools such as Microsoft Excel.
Preferred qualifications include a solid understanding of derivatives and comprehensive knowledge of the complete accounting cycle. Candidates typically hold an undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, statistics, business administration, or commerce, and may be pursuing a CPA designation.
During peak periods, additional hours may be necessary; however, a voluntary modified scheduling option is available. Bilingual candidates fluent in both English and French are encouraged to apply, with English proficiency required for all application materials.
