The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Operations Analyst to join our Finance Operations team in Greater Moncton, New Brunswick. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering finance services with a commitment to operational excellence.

About the Team:

Our Finance Operations team is an integral part of TD Finance, working closely with diverse teams, strengths, and capabilities to contribute to TD's overall success. We help the Bank make smart business decisions, ensure regulatory compliance, and financial reporting accuracy, while guarding the integrity of TD's business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting and Finance Operations: Responsible for accounting and finance operations, including regulatory and management reporting.
  • Financial Instrument Product Understanding: Requires 6+ years of experience with financial instrument product understanding, including derivatives.
  • Accounting Background: Requires an accounting background, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Technology Savvy: Requires technology savvy, with expertise in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, statistics, business administration, or commerce.
  • CPA designation (or working towards).
  • Derivative knowledge and complete accounting cycle experience are beneficial but not required.

What We Offer:

As a Senior Finance Operations Analyst at TD, you will have the opportunity to participate in a voluntary modified scheduling arrangement, where you may elect to work up to 12 scheduled hours per day during peak periods, with specific consecutive days off scheduled over a less busy period of the month.
