About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Welder - Fabrication Specialist to join our team at Swatch Truck Repairs Inc. As a key member of our fabrication department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in the fabrication and repair of metal components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpretation and Execution
    • Interpret welding process specifications and ensure accurate execution
    • Operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment to fabricate and repair metal components
  • Quality Control
    • Examine welds and ensure that they meet industry standards and specifications
  • Maintenance and Repair
    • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment
  • Operational Support
    • Start up, shut down, adjust, and monitor robotic welding production lines
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
