Job Summary:

Evertz Microsystems Limited is seeking a skilled SMT Inspector/Repairer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inspect and repair Surface Mount components to ensure they meet our high standards.
  2. Solder and rework electronic components to ensure proper installation and functionality.
  3. Meet manufacturing and quality targets to ensure timely delivery of products.
  4. Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient production.
  6. Perform other tasks as required to support the production team.

Requirements:

  1. Grade 12 graduate with a strong background in electronics and manufacturing.
  2. Minimum 5 years' experience in hand soldering and assembly.
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  5. General knowledge of electronic components and manufacturing processes.
  6. Experience working in a production environment or with similar equipment.
