Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and ensure the sustainability of the Logistics and Transportation Metropolitan Cluster of Montreal under the direction of the Board of Directors.
  • Facilitate consultation among key players in the sector through committees and project implementation teams.
  • Establish partnerships with key players in economic development, both at government level and in the private enterprise and research sectors.
  • Manage the rules of governance approved by the Board of Directors.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the Cluster's permanent staff, recruit employees as needed, and develop their skills.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of communication tools (websites, newsletter, Intermodal, etc.).
Requirements
  • Three to five years of relevant experience in an executive director role.
  • Prior experience working with a Board of Directors is considered an asset.
  • French and English, spoken and written.
  • Be involved in both the implementation of strategic orientations and the day-to-day management of CargoM.
  • Participate in the economic development of the metropolitan community.
  • Expense account.
