About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Bun Cha Ca Hoang Yen. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Present menus to customers and make recommendations on food and beverage options
    • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
    • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Customer Service
    • Greet patrons and present menus
    • Answer questions regarding food and beverages
    • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly
  • Table Management
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
    • Manage table settings and ensure a clean and organized dining area
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
    • Train staff on new procedures and policies
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Work Experience
    • Previous experience in the food service industry an asset
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
