Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Glazier to join our team at Acme Glass Ltd. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing and repairing glass products, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing Glass Requirements

Determine the type of glass, frames, and materials required for each installation, taking into account customer specifications and project requirements.

Installing Glass Products

Position and secure panes in frames, assemble and install prefabricated glass, mirrors, or glass products, and repair glass doors and other glass structures.

Maintaining Safety Standards

Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding, rigging, and hoisting equipment, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Transporting Glass

Transport cases of glass to and from job sites, handling and storing them with care to prevent damage.

Requirements
  • Education

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred.

Language

English is the primary language spoken in this role.

Work Hours

32-40 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
