About the Role

Miclex Construction Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Site Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Management: Coordinate and manage the activities of subcontractors, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Quality Control: Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards.
  • Project Planning: Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor contractors, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of the project.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment: Outdoors and interior work environments.
  • Work Setting: Various locations, including commercial and industrial construction sites.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
