Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Sarabjeet Ludhar. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their dignity and comfort at all times.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience in a care-giving role, preferably in a home support setting.
  • Basic security clearance and reference required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment:
