Management Duties:

  • Drive sales by ensuring adherence to TH's customer service standards and maintaining well-presented models and sizes on the sales floor.
  • Contribute to training and development efforts, act as a GGV, and deliver TH customer service.
  • Communicate performance metrics and identify business requirements.
  • Engage with the team during brief meetings to discuss individual sales targets and other key performance indicators.
  • Assist in training, monitoring, and executing restocking and replenishment processes.
  • Identify challenges, analyze root causes, and propose solutions.
  • Represent the TH brand through a polished personal and professional appearance.

Operational Duties:

  • Understand and comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational practices.
  • Receive and manage shipments and transfers.
  • Adhere to the Loss Prevention Program.
  • Ensure the boutique is equipped with necessary tools and resources and that team members are knowledgeable in their use.
  • Maintain a high level of security awareness within the boutique.
  • Open and close the boutique as required.
  • Be capable of lifting a minimum of 40 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Leadership Duties:

  • Collaborate with the boutique management team to identify and recruit new talent through networking and recruitment processes.
  • Assist in developing team members' product knowledge and sales skills through open and constructive communication.
  • Foster a culture of energy, enthusiasm, and recognition for both team and individual accomplishments.
  • Participate in weekly management meetings and quarterly boutique gatherings alongside the boutique manager.
  • Adjust schedules and adapt to job requirements, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Promote teamwork within the boutique and lead by example.
  • Manage challenging situations while maintaining performance standards.
  • Establish and nurture positive working relationships.
  • Actively engage in maximizing regional marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in personal development opportunities.
  • Embrace diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Merchandising and Visual Presentation Duties:

  • Assist in making informed business decisions based on current sales strategies.
  • Enhance boutique presentation through adherence to training and supervisory standards as defined by brand guidelines, with attention to detail.
  • Keep management informed of any concerns regarding merchandise or visual displays.
  • Execute markdowns and replenishments as necessary.
  • Ensure cleanliness of displays, fixtures, and overall boutique environment.
