Job Title: Welder Specialist

Atlas Ironworks Inc. is seeking a skilled Welder Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our fabrication department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality welds on a variety of metal projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes to ensure accurate and efficient fabrication.
  • Examine welds to ensure they meet standards and specifications, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Operate a range of welding equipment, including oxy-acetylene welding, shielded metal arc welding, and gas tungsten arc welding.
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in welding and fabrication, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of welding processes, materials, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and quality.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
