Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Charlie Lake Chevron. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the store, including managing sales floor activities, supervising staff, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are meeting sales targets
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling procedures
- Authorize return of merchandise and manage inventory levels
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
- Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales floor staff, including training and development
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
- Ability to work on site, with no option to work remotely
