Retail Store Manager

B.C. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately tracked and replenished as needed.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations to improve store performance.
- Store Operations: Authorize payments, returns, and other transactions, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with company policies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
