About the Role

RGC Logistics Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team. As a Logistics Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Logistics Activities: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports to management on logistics operations, including inventory levels, shipping and receiving, and other relevant metrics.
  • Maintain Equipment: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Manage Inventory: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Train Staff: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Coordinate Work: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Mentorship Programs: Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees, as well as mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for persons with disabilities, youth, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
