Pharmacy Manager Position

We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager at our Tillicum location in Victoria, BC to lead our pharmacy team in delivering exceptional patient care and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, including dispensary management, inventory control, and team member scheduling.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community partners to develop and implement business growth strategies and plans.
  • Ensure implementation and adherence to policies and best practice protocols relating to pharmacy practice and drug distribution.
  • Practice at full scope and stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Canadian Pharmacist in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
  • Completed the mandatory BC Community Pharmacy Manager Training Program (BC only).
  • Completed the Opioid Agonist Treatment Compliance and Management Program (OAT-CAMPP).
  • Injection Certification.
  • Minimum 1 year Pharmacist experience.

Compensation Details:

$59.00 - $62.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
