Your Role:

  • Strategic Development:
    • Formulate a strategic plan for the People Insights department that aligns with the organization's objectives.
    • Collaborate with senior management to translate business requirements into analytical projects.
    • Evaluate existing resources and forecast future needs for effective implementation.
  • Data Analysis & Insights:
    • Oversee a comprehensive people analytics framework to support informed decision-making.
    • Develop data models, dashboards, and reports that highlight essential HR metrics.
    • Extract insights from data and utilize visual storytelling techniques.
  • Compliance and Governance:
    • Ensure adherence to data protection regulations in all analytical endeavors.
    • Implement security protocols to safeguard sensitive HR data.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders:
    • Partner closely with HR business associates and IT for smooth integration.
    • Maintain transparent communication to adapt analytics strategies to evolving business needs.
  • Leadership:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in people analytics with a focus on program development.
  • Expertise in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Python, Power BI).
  • Understanding of data protection laws and compliance standards.
  • Strong leadership and change management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
