We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychologist to join our Student Life team at Northwestern Polytechnic. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in providing expert mental health services and support to our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for mental health and wellness initiatives to support student success.
  • Provide personal counseling and crisis management services to students, as well as manage a team of mental health counselors and coordinators.
  • Liaise with other mental health care providers in our region to ensure comprehensive support for our students.
  • Collaborate with senior administration to develop and implement policies and procedures related to student mental health.
  • Participate in grant writing and program development to secure funding for mental health initiatives.
