Key Responsibilities- Identify business needs and requirements
- Develop and maintain the product vision and roadmap
- Communicate progress, challenges, and issues with a problem-solving mindset
- Lead strategy and planning activities, including product discovery and design cycles
- Support teams in delivery activities
- Ensure the health and continuous improvement of the team
- University degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Seven years of experience in digital product development as a Product Manager
- Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Jira, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of performance measurement tools and A/B testing
- Experience with collaboration and co-creation methods
- Excellent spoken and written French; English an asset
This is a 12-month contract position, renewable annually. As an employee of Radio-Canada, you will have access to competitive benefits and a stimulating work environment.
