About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our team at Nova Scotia Health. As a member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering time-limited, evidence-based psycho-social assessments and treatments to adults with Tier-3 mental disorders.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work, be registered with the Nova Scotia College of Social Workers, and have at least two years of clinical experience working with adults. You will also have demonstrated skills in DSM formulation, time-limited psycho-social assessments and treatments, and Stepped Care principles.

You will work closely with our team to provide culturally informed, non-judgmental patient and family-centered care. Your strong customer service orientation and ability to build solid healthcare relationships will be essential in this role.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $37.31 - $49.04 and a comprehensive benefits package. If you are a motivated and compassionate individual with a passion for mental health, we encourage you to apply.

About You
  • Master's degree in Social Work
  • Registered with the Nova Scotia College of Social Workers
  • At least two years of clinical experience working with adults

Hours
  • Long Assignment Full Time; 75 Hours Bi Weekly
