Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you'll play a critical role in preparing and delivering high-quality dishes that showcase our culinary expertise. If you're passionate about cooking, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to order, ensuring consistency and quality in every meal.
  • Work collaboratively with our kitchen team to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with menu changes, specials, and promotions to provide exceptional service to our guests.
  • Participate in inventory management, ordering, and receiving to ensure we have the necessary ingredients and supplies.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our menu, ingredients, and cooking techniques to provide expert recommendations to our guests.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and high standards.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
