Job Title: Project Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Supervisor to join our team at DMS Logistics Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Oversee the work of delivery drivers and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and arrange for additional training as needed to ensure team members have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory of materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that a safe working environment is maintained.
  • Contract and Budget Management: Prepare and monitor contracts and budgets to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Valid Driver's Licence: Required for the position
  • Work Environment: Outdoors
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, Organized, Team player
