The Design and Drawing Inc. is seeking a skilled General Construction Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and submit regular project reports to management
- Coordinate and schedule activities with other project supervisors and managers
- Establish and implement methods to meet project deadlines
- Recommend personnel actions and requisition materials and supplies as needed
- Train or arrange for training of project team members
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 35 hours of work per week. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work under pressure. English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
