About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Inspector to join our team at BOT MANAGEMENT SERVICES LTD. As a Construction Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our construction projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Examine Plans and Drawings

Examine plans, drawings, and site layouts to ensure that they meet the required specifications and building codes.

Inspect Construction

Inspect the construction of buildings and engineering projects to ensure that they are completed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications.

Ensure Compliance

Ensure that all construction work is carried out in compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.

Electrical and Plumbing Inspections

Inspect electrical and plumbing installations to ensure that they meet government regulations and standards.

Sewer System and Pipeline Inspections

Inspect sewer systems and pipelines to ensure that they are functioning properly and meet the required standards.

Safe Working Conditions

Inspect the construction site to ensure that safe working conditions are maintained at all times.

Structural Defects and Fire Hazards

Inspect existing buildings for structural defects and fire hazards, and recommend corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements
  • Education

College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction inspection or a related field.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Hours

40 hours per week.
