Business Analyst

The Senior Business Technology Analyst plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of requirements. This senior-level position is essential for driving continuous improvement and strategic insights into business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design innovative technical solutions tailored to business requirements while overseeing complex, high-volume applications in collaboration with business partners and stakeholders.
- Oversee multiple projects and applications across various regions, focusing on Credit Initiation and Onboarding processes.
- Assist in the development of strategies and processes for Product Roadmap, Development, and Governance, while contributing to the establishment of standards and new automation initiatives.
- Craft effective communications to guide, influence, and persuade various stakeholders, including colleagues from different departments and external clients.
- Provide expert advice regarding technology and operational matters, ensuring thorough evaluation and prioritization of complex information from diverse sources.
- Manage daily staff-related issues, including resource allocation, mentoring of both onsite and remote teams, and other assigned responsibilities.
- Evaluate risks associated with business decisions, maintaining a strong focus on the organization's reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets through compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- 6-10 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis.
- Proven proficiency in presenting and utilizing planning tools effectively.
- Strong diplomatic and analytical capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex issues with significant potential impact, balancing competing needs and evaluating various action plans.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
- A Master's degree is preferred.
