About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cellular Network Technician to join our team at A-1 Wireless Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing telecommunications equipment, providing on-site customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our wireless network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair equipment faults, adjusting or replacing telecommunications equipment as needed
  • Repair or replace defective telephone equipment to ensure optimal network performance
  • Analyze test results and adjust or repair switching systems, networks, and associated equipment and software
  • Initiate the dispatch of repair personnel as required
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a variety of settings, including maintenance, on-site customer service, testing, and repair.

Language and Computer Skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Knowledge of telephone systems and computer technology
