Job Title: Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at A&J SONS 5 HOLDINGS INC. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Certifications: Food Safety Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • Security Clearance: Confidential security clearance.
Work Environment:
