Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Kolani Kitchens and Baths Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Sales and Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and staff performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for staff members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
