About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Director to join our team. This role will involve leadership in areas such as business planning, budgeting, and accounting. The successful candidate will develop financial strategies, forecast financial results, manage risks, and ensure the company complies with all regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing financial reports and managing the company's cash flow
  • Overseeing financial operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Participating in strategic decisions and leading the finance team
  • Developing and implementing strategic financial plans that align with the company's goals
  • Managing financial risks and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in financial management roles, with a proven track record in financial planning and strategy, accounting, and budget management
  • Experience in leading and managing finance teams, including accountants, analysts, and other finance professionals
  • Knowledge of the Influencer Management industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate financial data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders and to lead a team
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, and a thorough understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements
