Director, Food and Beverage

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Food and Beverage operations. As Director, Food and Beverage, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our culinary and beverage services, including meeting spaces, restaurants, cafes, and room service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive profitability and efficiency in our Food and Beverage operations.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
  • Collaborate with hotel management to ensure seamless integration of Food and Beverage services with other hotel operations.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and sanitation in our kitchens and service areas.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our Food and Beverage offerings.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Knowledge of labor standards, health and safety regulations, and basic principles of hygiene and sanitation.
  • Bilingualism is an asset, given the nature of our business and the need to interact with English-speaking colleagues, partners, and customers.
