Director, Food and Beverage

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our food and beverage operations at Germain Hôtels. As Director, Food and Beverage, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our culinary services, including meeting spaces, restaurants, cafes, and room service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive profitability and efficiency in our food and beverage operations.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with hotel management to develop and execute business plans, budgets, and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as labor standards and best practices.
  • Lead by example, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters creativity and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of success in event planning, service enhancement, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset, given the nature of our business and the need to interact with English-speaking colleagues, partners, and customers across Canada.
